About us

Sudmark Wine Company is a wine estate based at Brennholt in The Ostrand. The company was founded on 20 July 1893 by Magnus Brenn and has traded for 133 years.

From modest premises at Brennholt the house has grown to its present standing in the wine trade. Price lists are sent on application; carriage is paid to any station.

Our founder. Magnus Brenn, housekeeper, was born at Kessel on 5 October 1852 and died on 8 December 1904.

The company's books have been kept at Old Gate Walk since the registered office was fixed there, and the timeline below is compiled from them and from the press.
